This website is part of my mission to help Women Leaders develop strength through Christ and one another, by sharing a global community over the internet. I want this site to provide information and resources that empower women to use their gifts, and to become businesswomen and leaders with integrity.

USWAP aims to help sisters:

• develop their own role in leadership
• uncover their soul’s purpose in life
• empower themselves to prosper by utilizing their God-inspired talents and skills.
• become financially independent and knowledgeable of finances
• find open doors of prosperity and success through networking efforts
• think inter-generationally, and globally

Toward that end, USwap encourages meaningful interaction online and provides opportunities for networking, sharing, learning and mentoring.
